At Printer’s Hub, we strive to provide high-quality printing services and customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines our practices regarding refunds and cancellations for services rendered. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.
- General Refund Policy
- Non-Refundable Payments:
All payments made for printing services are non-refundable once the order has been queued. This includes any fees associated with the order, including membership fees, service charges, and production costs.
- Order Cancellation
- Cancellation Before Queuing:
If a member wishes to cancel an order before it has been queued, a cancellation charge of a minimum of Rupees 100 will be applied. The remaining balance paid for the job will be credited towards the member’s next order. - Cancellation After Queuing:
Orders that have already been queued cannot be canceled. Once an order is queued, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
- Credit for Future Orders
- Balance for Future Orders:
If a member cancels an order before queuing, the amount paid (minus any cancellation fees) will be credited toward the member’s next order. However, if the next order’s estimated cost exceeds the balance, the member must pay the difference before the design validation stage.
- Claims for Defective Work
- Defective Work Claims:
If the work delivered is deemed defective, the member must notify Printer’s Hub within two (2) working days of delivery. If the claim is validated, the company will rectify the work within five (5) working days at no additional charge. Return postage costs for the defective item will be refunded.
- No Refunds for Service Fees
- Service Fees:
Any service fees associated with the order, including design validation and other operational costs, are non-refundable.
- Changes to the Refund Policy
- Policy Updates:
Printer’s Hub reserves the right to update this Refund Policy periodically. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
- Governing Law
- Jurisdiction:
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this policy shall be resolved in the courts of Chengalpattu.
